Andy Burch joined Concord Hospitality in August of 1997 and has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In those years he has demonstrated an incredible passion for hospitality, leading specialized & exceptional teams, and is driven by serving others.
Andy has held positions in all facets of operations including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, administration, finance, pre-opening, business development/underwriting, and acquisitions. His experience includes full service, select service, extended stay, lifestyle brands, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Hilton, and Choice properties. Known for his hands-on involvement, Andy excels in the development and growth of remarkable and high-performing properties.
Andy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a double minor in Human Resources & Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.
Andy believes that healthy family is a priority and enjoys outdoors family activities. When Andy is not leading an extraordinary team, or overseeing the operations of beautiful hotel properties, he can be found fishing, hiking, skiing, camping, riding dirt bikes, golfing and traveling.
