Regional Vice President of Sales
Based in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Andrew Shaw’s career originated with Concord in 2009. Andrew began his career in hospitality in 1989 with Marriott Residence Inn in Front Office Operations. After 10 years and hotels in Pittsburgh, Annapolis, Philadelphia and Atlanta, Andrew joined Stormont-Trice Corporation as Director of Group Sales at Emory Conference Center Hotel in Atlanta. In 2000 Andrew joined Hyatt Hotels and Resorts at Hyatt Regency Atlanta as Associate Director of Sales. He was then promoted to Director of Sales for the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick in New Jersey. In 2004, Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh was the next stop with an additional year working with the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands in the North East. In 2006 Andrew spent almost three years with Visit Pittsburgh, the Convention and visitor’s bureau of Pittsburgh in a National Sales Role. From this position Andrew joined Concord as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. In 2015 Andrew was promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales for the Pennsylvania area. Andrew brings 30 years of hospitality experience ranging from select service brands to large convention center hotels in both sales and operations.
