Vice President of Revenue Strategy
Ms. McWilliams joined Concord in May of 2009. She is an expert at driving collaborative initiatives focused on strategic thinking and profit performance. She has over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in strategy creation and execution as well as training team members on the key components of Revenue Management processes and fundamentals. Prior to joining Concord, Ms. McWilliams was the Vice President of Revenue Mgmt for Alliance Hospitality, with responsibility for 45 multi branded hotels in 14 states. While at Alliance, Ms. McWilliams pioneered a central revenue management division that was instrumental in creating and managing winning revenue strategies, delivering daily systems management, and developing key analytic tools for performance assessment. Previously, she was with Meyer Jabara Hotels, where she served as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for 23 hotels and oversaw their central Reservations Center which served as the proprietary reservations office for their multiple brands including three independent assets. Ms. McWilliams is an active member of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and holds an appointed position on the HSMAI Revenue Management Advisory Board. She enjoys guest lecture opportunities for students in hospitality programs of all levels. Ms. McWilliams was educated at UMass Amherst and Chamberlayne, located in Boston MA.
