Donna Italia

In 2010, Donna joined Concord Hospitality as the General Manager of the Clinton Inn Hotel. During her tenure, she received the Concord Hospitality Cornerstone Award in 2010, 2011, 2013, and 2014. Donna also served as the Training Cadre leader for the region from 2010 -2012. In 2015, Donna was promoted to General Manager of the Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel and in addition took on the role of Area General Manager. In this newly created role, she was responsible for the oversight of four of Concord’s New Jersey properties. As Area General Manager, Donna facilitated the acquisition of the Courtyard Edison property, which demonstrated her strength in managing a smooth transition. The Renaissance Meadowlands Hotel was also the recipient of Concord’s “Best Flow Thru to Budget Award” under Donna’s leadership. Donna served as Concord’s Share Day Community Service Chair for the New York/New Jersey Region from 2013 – 2018. In 2019, Donna was elevated to Vice President of Transitions, another newly created role in which she would be the liaison between Concord and transitioning properties. She successfully transitioned nine properties into and out of the company’s management portfolio.

Prior to joining Concord, Donna worked with Marriott International for over 25 years. She started her career as an hourly associate at the front desk and worked industriously to attain the position of General Manager, overseeing many different full service hotels in the Northeast. In 1995, she was awarded the prestigious General Manager of the Year Award for Full-Service Hotels.

Donna is known for her strong leadership, meticulous management style, and her ability to drive top and bottom-line revenue. She is a veteran of the hospitality industry with extensive experience in managing full-service hotels. Her dedication and diligence is evident in the results and environments of her properties.
