Kristen Lindgren brings more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and commercial strategy, with a career built on driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening culture across diverse hotel portfolios. Most recently, she served in above property leadership roles at Sage Hospitality Group, where she partnered closely with operations, revenue, and ownership teams to deliver sustainable, data-driven results.
In addition to her hospitality work, Kristen is deeply involved with ImaBridge Africa, a nonprofit focused on clean water access, education, and economic empowerment in Nigeria. She serves in leadership and advisory capacities, supporting fundraising, marketing, brand development, and donor engagement initiatives. Her work with ImaBridge reflects her commitment to purpose-driven leadership and creating impact beyond the workplace.
