Hampton Hotels, the global brand of nearly 1,900 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hampton by Hilton hotels, today announced the conversion completion and official opening of the 120-room Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore located at 2310 East Highland Avenue.
The Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore is the product of a $1.8 million renovation to the hotel’s lobby, breakfast lounge and guestrooms, which follows its recent $5.5 million hotel-wide renovation in 2009.
“The renovations have positioned the hotel to be able to better serve the corporate market in the Biltmore section of Phoenix and still be the hotel of choice for the leisure traveler,” said Kevin Barbour, general manager of the Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore.. In the last few months, we’ve completed updates toareas that will enhance the guest experience, including the hotel lobby, which now features the Hampton Inn Perfect Mix Lobby design, and breakfast area. These upgrades will offer an upscale and comfortable environment that combines the hotel’s boutique style with the sought-after Hampton amenities that make it the preferred choice for travelers.”
The property is operated by Concord Hospitality Enterprises, one of the nation’s top-ranked owner/developer/operators, who oversaw the renovation project and designed by Nadel Studio One Inc. of San Diego. The hotel is owned by MIG Real Estate Services LLC, and it is the 16th Hampton property in Phoenix, ahead of two more Hampton hotels slated to be opened in Arizona and more than 250 Hampton properties in the pipeline in the U.S.
The Hampton Inn Phoenix Biltmore is located in the heart of the Biltmore corporate district (near 24th St. & Camelback). It offers a free, hot breakfast and free high-speed internet throughout as well as spacious guestrooms and six suites outfitted with the clean and fresh Hampton bed, 32” LCD flat screen televisions, functional work desks with built in electronic outlets on the desk lamps, and ergonomic chairs. The hotel offers 2,700 square ft. of flexible meeting and event space, including the Phoenix Room, capable of hosting 100 guests. The hotel features a large 24-hour fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment as well as an outdoor heated pool.!
