Concord Hospitality Receives Three Awards at the 2021 MINA & Full Service Owners Conference

RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 15, 2021) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises, an award-winning hotel management and development company, recently received three prestigious awards at the 2021 Marriott International National Association (MINA) & Full Service Owners Conference. Marriott’s annual conference brings together full-service owners, franchisees and management companies from across the country for the MINA Member meeting, keynote speakers, senior leadership sessions, networking and the awards ceremony. This year’s event took place from Nov. 1-2, 2022, in Orlando, Fla.

The Ben, West Palm Beach

Concord received the Opening of the Year Award for The Ben, Autograph Collection Hotel. This award recognizes the very best hotel openings that bring new brand thinking to life and move Marriott forward.

The property received a number of accolades during 2020 and is known for its modern design aesthetic reflecting the spirit of the Ben Trovato Estate, one of West Palm Beach’s original homes. Developed and managed by Concord Hospitality, The Ben is part of Concord’s growing management portfolio of 128 hotels with over 20,000 rooms in the U.S. and Canada.

The hotel management and development company also received the Serve 360 Award, recognizing Concord leaders who serve their community. The award aligns with key Marriott initiatives including employee volunteerism, in-kind and cash donations, support of non-profit organizations, and community activities and partnerships.

The third and final award received was the J.W. Marriott, Jr., Guest Experience Award, which acknowledges hotels and organizations that are “the best of the best when it comes to guest satisfaction.”
