Concord Hospitality Receives Guest Experience Award from Marriott International During 2019 MINA & Full-Service Owners Conference

RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 5, 2019) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises received the Guest Experience award during Marriott International’s annual Marriott International National Association (MINA) & Full-Service Owners Conference. This honor recognizes hotels and management companies that lead the way in creating outstanding results in all aspects of the guest experience.

According to Marriott, Concord was awarded the Guest Experience accolade as a result of demonstrating a strong commitment to Marriott’s operations programs and initiatives, as well as ranking as the best of the best when compared to peers in the U.S. and Canada.

The hotel management and development company was also nominated for the Food & Beverage Excellence award, which highlights excellence in quality and service of Food & Beverage operations, and the Serve 360 award, which recognizes leaders that serve their communities and align with Marriott’s initiatives of employee volunteerism, donations and non-profit support.

Concord Hospitality has partnered with Marriott on the development of new hotel brands and properties for nearly 25 years. That alignment for strategic growth and passion for delivering best-in-class service is evident in Concord Hospitality’s achievement of winning the coveted Marriott Partnership Circle Award 13 times and through the hospitality company’s induction into Marriott’s Partnership Circle Hall of Fame for hospitality excellence in 2015.

Marriott’s annual conference brings together full-service owners, franchisees and management companies from across the country for the MINA Member meeting, keynote speakers, senior leadership sessions, networking and the awards ceremony.
