Concord Hospitality Promotes Helene Okabe to Vice President of Feasibility
RALEIGH, N.C. (May 31, 2022) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises, an award-winning hotel management and development company, is pleased to announce Helene Okabe has been promoted to Vice President of Feasibility. In her newly appointed role, Okabe will oversee Concord’s feasibility team, driving future growth by leading the due diligence and investment underwriting team on prospective hotel acquisitions, developments and new management contracts.

Okabe has a strong passion for the travel and hospitality industries, having worked in hotels since she was 15 years old. She joined the Concord team in 2008, holding various executive positions within the company including Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Corporate Director of Sales and Area Director of Sales. She is a founding co-chair of the Concord affinity group C-Women, focused on bringing together female associates and women in leadership to share their experiences and celebrate the richness of diversity on the Concord team. Okabe currently serves on the Americas Board for Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and is on the Advisory Board of Castell@College. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Cornell University and her MBA at Rutgers University.
