Top Hotel Management and Development Company Concludes H1 with Recognition of Excellence in Every Class

Concord Hospitality, a renowned hotel management and development company which presently operates over 150 hotels across the United States and Canada, was ranked within the top five in overall guest satisfaction in the latest J.D. Power 2023 North America Third-Party Hotel Management Guest Satisfaction Benchmark.

Concord Hospitality ranked fourth with a score of 711 being one of only four industry leaders to break the 700-point mark. The redesigned benchmark evaluates companies based on six factors: communications and connectivity; food and beverage; guest room; hotel facilities; staff service; and value for price.

Concord Hospitality continues to be recognized for its stellar performance in every class, receiving several recognitions for displaying continued excellence in customer service and hospitality management including honors from Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott in addition to several rankings on U.S. News & World Report’s Best Hotels in the U.S. for 2023.

Every year Hyatt Hotels Corporation recognizes organizations across their full service, select service and all-inclusive brands honoring select parties for their operational excellence. This year, the Hyatt Centric Brickell has been recognized with the Hyatt Leadership Team Award for Hyatt Leadership Franchise Operations Team of the Year. This honor is awarded to teams that go above and beyond to showcase Hyatt’s purpose of care and the Hyatt Centric Brickell team has continued to demonstrate true excellence through obstacles and difficult times.

Operated by Concord Hospitality,  The Wilbur Lititz, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, was selected as a recipient of Hilton Hotel’s Award of Excellence for 2022. This award recognizes the top 5% of hotels within the brand. The Wilbur Tapestry was commended for the quality of product, as well as the guest experience, and representing the promise to deliver outstanding customer service time and time again. In addition to receiving numerous recognitions as a leading manager and operator, Concord Hospitality is also consistently recognized as a premier developer of select service properties as well as full-service lifestyle luxury hotels. This year Concord has been recognized as Developer of the Year for lifestyle properties at the Hilton 2022 Americas Development Awards.

Recognized as a top Marriott operator, Concord Hospitality received recognition for a number of properties during the recent Marriott Conference Awards, including the Courtyard Charlotte Fort Mill’s General Manager, Adam McCloskey, who was named Diamond General Manager of the Year. A number of other Marriott properties across the nation operated by Concord Hospitality were also recognized at the conference which was attended by leading names from across the industry.

One of Concord’s Opus Collection properties, Hotel Fraye in Nashville, was awarded a AAA 4 Diamond Listing for refined and upscale design as well as exquisite hospitality. The property also received recognition at the LIV Hospitality Design Awards for the Interior Design Living Space in the boutique category.
