AC Hotel Coming to Dadeland Mall
MIAMI (July 10, 2019) – Simon®, a global leader in premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations today announced it is teaming up with Concord Hospitality Enterprises on the development of an AC Hotel by Marriott® at Dadeland Mall.
The AC Hotel by Marriott at Dadeland Mall will be a 177-room hotel with seven levels and will include a second floor outdoor pool and lounge. Hotel guests and visitors will also have convenient access to a new 273-space parking deck adjacent to the hotel. Construction is slated to begin in July with a late 2020 opening. This is the third location for the AC Hotel by Marriott brand at a Simon center.
