Chief Operating Officer

Will Loughran

Chief Operating Officer at Concord Hospitality, where he leads corporate strategy and performance across a portfolio of premium lifestyle and upscale hotels. With over 30 years in global hospitality, he previously served as President of Evolution Hospitality, expanding its luxury footprint across North America. Will’s career includes leadership roles at Marriott International, Richfield Hospitality, and Sage Hospitality, with deep expertise in soft-branded and independent hotel operations. He holds an MBA from Tulane University and serves on advisory boards for Marriott, the Hotel Association of Canada, and Visit California.

Joseph Fisher

Joseph is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience working with some of the most iconic hotel brands in the industry, including PGA National Resort, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Morgans Hotel Group, Waldorf Astoria, and Conrad. His career has taken him to some of the most vibrant cities across the country, where he has developed a deep understanding of full-service, luxury, and lifestyle hotel operations.

Throughout his journey, Joseph has held leadership roles across all major facets of hotel operations—ranging from food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, to sales, administration, finance, pre-opening, business development. Known for his strategic vision and ability to drive revenue growth, Joseph has achieved accolades including Hilton’s “Luxury Hotel of the Year” and earned top rankings in guest satisfaction and service excellence. His expertise in overseeing multimillion-dollar renovations, improving employee engagement, and enhancing market positioning has solidified his reputation as a transformative leader in the luxury hospitality industry.

Vice President - Sales

Nanci Boisclair

Nanci Boisclair is a seasoned luxury hospitality and destination management executive with an exceptional record of elevating brands, building enduring client partnerships, and driving sustained revenue growth in highly competitive markets.

Most recently, as General Manager of RMC Destination Management Company’s Wine Country office, Nanci transformed the operation into one of Napa and Sonoma’s most sought-after luxury DMCs. She forged high-profile partnerships with elite properties including Four Seasons, Montage Healdsburg, Bardessono Hotel, Farmhouse Inn, Solage, Auberge du Soleil, Stanly Ranch, and Mayacamas Resort & Golf.

Previously, as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for The Estate Yountville (Hotel Villagio, Vintage House, and The Villa), she and the team led the reposition of the collection into one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated luxury destinations. Her and her team’s efforts delivered multimillion-dollar revenue gains, notable ADR growth, and an expanded presence in corporate and incentive group segment and elite travel consortia such as Virtuoso, FH&R, and Signature Travel Network.

Earlier in her career, Nanci held leadership roles with ETC Hotels (Shutters on the Beach, Hotel Casa del Mar, and Canary Hotel), where she led a 15-member sales and events team that consistently exceeded revenue goals, captured marquee corporate and entertainment accounts.

Vice President - Marketing & Digital

Dan Fernandez

Dan Fernandez is a thought leader in digital marketing and branding with over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality. He has led high-performing teams at top hospitality agencies and guided digital strategy for iconic properties such as Hotel Del Coronado, The Broadmoor, The Breakers, and Fontainebleau, as well as high-end brands including Rosewood, The Standard, Noble House, and Montage.

Dan is known for championing passionate, curious talent – driving innovation through collaboration and cultivating a culture of excellence. He currently serves as Vice President of Digital Marketing and Strategy at Concord Hospitality.

 

Vice President - Food & Beverage

Dean Wendel

Dean is a hospitality executive with 30+ years of experience leading Food & Beverage operations in luxury hotels and resorts. As Vice President of F&B at Concord Hospitality, he drives strategic initiatives across high-end properties, shaping award-winning dining concepts and enhancing guest experiences.

His background includes culinary leadership at iconic brands and hotels such as Ritz-Carlton, Caneel Bay Resort St. Johns, and Wychmere Harbor Hotel & Beach Club. Dean is known for operational excellence, team development, and innovative menu and beverage programs that elevate brand reputation and profitability.

He holds a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University where he graduated at the top of his class and apprenticed under Master Chef Anton Flory, WGMC.
