Leadership Development I

Leadership Development I is a dynamic two-day virtual program for newly hired or promoted operational leaders. It builds a strong business foundation while immersing participants in Concord’s culture and values. Through interactive sessions, leaders explore essential topics such as putting people first, leading through change and performance management. This class equipes new leaders to lead with confidence and purpose.

Leadership Development I.5

Leadership Development I.5 serves as the bridge between foundational learning and advanced leadership development. This six-month, self-paced virtual program expands on Leadership Development I concepts, offering curated classes that deepen leadership knowledge and strengthen skills. This program ensures continued growth while preparing participants for the next stage of their leadership journey.

Leadership Development II

Leadership Development II is a 14-month mentorship program designed for emerging leaders who have demonstrated the desire and capability to advance. Through personalized guidance from corporate leaders, real-world projects, and ongoing support, participants refine their leadership style and prepare for senior-level responsibilities. This transformative experience empowers leaders to be prepared for their next higher-level role.

Leadership Development III

Leadership Development III is a three-day, in-person program at our corporate office for newly hired or promoted General Managers and Directors of Sales. This experience introduces leaders to the full range of resources available within Concord, provides insights into effective hotel operations, and creates opportunities to network with our Executive Leadership Team and peers. This program equips leaders with tools and relationships that drive success.

Dynamic Sales Training

Dynamic Sales Training is a four-day immersive program for newly hired or promoted Sales leaders. This experience combines leadership development with cultural integration and advanced selling strategies. Through program allows participants to gain the confidence and skills to lead their sales team and drive higher results.

eLearning

Alongside our leadership programs, Concord offers an eLearning platform that provides every associate with access to more than 500 courses from day one. Associates can explore topics that matter most to them, including leadership development, Microsoft Office skills, and personal growth. The platform allows associates to learn at their own pace on a schedule that works best for them. With so many options available, growth is always just a click away.

In addition to the above classes Concord offers an eLearning platform available to all associates immediately upon hire. The eLearning functionally allows associates to access training at a time that best meets their needs.
