Concord Hospitality Awarded Top Honors at Annual Marriott Owner’s Conference
Concord Hospitality Enterprises, one of the nation’s top-ranked hotel developer/owner/operators, announced that the company received three awards at the recent Marriott full service hotel owner’s conference.
The awards included:
1. Service Excellence – awarded to companies whose portfolio of full service Marriott and Renaissance hotels consistently earned outstanding guest satisfaction scores for an entire year.
2. Spirit to Preserve – presented to companies with the greatest level of environmentally responsible practices in place and the highest percentage of hotels activated in the Marriott’s Green Hotels Global program. Concord previously received the company’s inaugural Spirit to Preserve Award in 2012 for its sustainability leadership within the select service and extended stay brands.
3. Partnership Circle Award – which honors management companies for consistent excellence in full service operational and service metrics, partnership to enhance Marriott’s brands and strong alignment with Marriott’s culture. Concord has previously received this honor eight times for select service operations.
Concord operates six Marriott, full-service properties, including four Renaissance and two Marriott hotels.
