Concord Hospitality invests in our associates by providing continuous training and development-at all levels-from interns to executive leaders. Our Leadership Development Program provides the tools to become a successful Manager. A formal mentoring program was established for Emerging Leaders. This program pairs seasoned managers with newer associates to foster growth and provide guidance in career progression.
