Mark G. Laport, President and Chief Executive Officer, established Concord Hospitality in 1985 with a mission to develop and acquire high-quality hotel properties as well as provide experienced hotel management services to both full-service and upscale select-service properties. Concord’s goal is to create value for its partners and associates by leveraging its operations, development, sales & marketing, technology, accounting, and management skills over its growing portfolio of first-class business hotels.

Today, Concord provides management services for over 70 hotels and 9,000 guestrooms and suites throughout the United States and Canada and boasts combined annual revenues of over $245 million. Concord’s hotel brands include: Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Renaissance Hotels and Resorts, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, Hyatt, Hyatt Summerfield Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, SpringHill Suites by Marriott, Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, Four Points Sheraton a Starwood hotel, MainStay Suites by Choice Hotels. Concord also operates a four-star independent boutique hotel, the Clinton Inn in Tenafly, New Jersey.

Concord has experienced sustained growth of a remarkable 35% annually for three years in a row and with $510 million in new hotel projects in the pipeline, that number is projected to increase noticeably. Additionally, Concord is expanding its portfolio through third party management contracts with leading brand partners such as Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, Choice and InterContinental Hotels. These growth opportunities have presented themselves to Concord based on our strong relationships with investment partners. Few companies can match the diversity and depth of Concord’s skillset and our successful development and management track record over  the last 20 years.
